Plan for Orderly Shutdown Due to Lapse of Congressional Appropriation
The Commission has suspended most operations effective 12:00:01 a.m. EDT October 1, 2025. During the suspension of normal operations some public facing filing systems and databases will remain available while others will not.
CKC status during FCC shutdown
CKC wanted to reach out to our valuable customers to provide an update on how the government shut down may affect the certification process through the FCC.
CKC is open! We will continue to provide testing services, formal reports, quality review, and TCB submittal preparation, and TCB reviews (review of documentation provided from our clients).
Clients are encouraged to still provide all documents required for FCC certification; however, we are unable to process FCC filings and provide FCC grants during the government shutdown. All paperwork on the FCC checklist may still be submitted anytime along the order process to tcbadmin@ckc.com
