Software Support

Effective November 15, 2009, CKC Laboratories has suspended sales of our EMC measurement control software, EMITest™. Changes in our business model, ones that placed a stronger focus on our core business of testing, caused us to look closely at the sales and support of EMITest™ software. In doing so, it was evident that we could no longer provide the necessary high level of service to EMITest™ customers who have purchased annual software support contracts and to those who are considering the purchase of EMITest™ software.

For individuals & businesses presently using EMITest™ software, CKC provides software support billed on an hourly basis, with a minimum charge of one hour. Prices begin at $159.00 per hour for EMITest usability support and $200.00 per hour for setup and installation support.

Hours of support availability:
8:00 a.m. – 5:00 a.m. Monday – Friday, pacific time except holidays. After hours support is available at $189.00 per hour.
